Stretch & Sing - Head, Neck and Shoulder Release

Becca and Sarah have created a session that directly addresses tension in the shoulders, neck, face and jaw while still asking you to think about whole-body relaxation. This is open to everyone, requiring no experience of yoga or of singing. However, singers (or people who use their voices a lot, like teachers) might find it particularly useful and come away with a greater awareness of any tension they carry around, and how it impacts on their voice. If this sounds like you, then you will find this session informative and hopefully beneficial!
This is an online workshop in the first instance - we can reach more people with this platform, but we may extend it to in-person work in future.
